"French Tech Tremplin": Montpellier BIC welcomes a new cohort of laureates to its business booster program

Écrit le

Montpellier BIC is pleased to welcome four successful candidates into its most recent cohort of the French Tech Tremplin business booster program. Through this initiative, innovative entrepreneurship becomes accessible to new talent by removing the social, economic, and geographical barriers that may still limit access to the creation and development of innovative companies.

For this fourth season as a French Tech Tremplin-certified incubator, Montpellier BIC will provide one year of assistance to four startups that are already well established and in the process of accelerating their growth. The selected entrepreneurs will benefit from intensive assistance as well as a French Tech Tremplin grant, designed to allow them to focus fully on growing their projects.

Enhanced assistance thanks to a unique partnership

Collaboration between Montpellier BIC and the IMT Mines Alès school marks a new phase for the program, offering selected startups even more comprehensive assistance.

Montpellier BIC contributes its expertise in structuring innovative projects, accessing funding, building relationships with investors and financial backers, and providing guidance on business development and market entry.

For its part, IMT Mines Alès contributes its know-how in the fields of engineering, technology transfer, prototyping, and applied sciences, with considerable expertise in deep tech and industrial sectors.

This synergy will enable the selected startups to benefit from dual access to two ecosystems of excellence, fostering the emergence of innovative projects with high growth potential and impact.

A kickoff event to launch the journey

The winners were officially welcomed on September 11 during an event dedicated to launching their support program.

On the agenda:

  • Project presentations
  • An introduction to the assistance programs offered by the two partners
  • A tour of the Halle de l’Innovation (HDI) in Montpellier

This event will also give entrepreneurs an opportunity to get to know the teams and stakeholders who will accompany them throughout the year.

Welcome to the four selected startups!

The entire Montpellier BIC team welcomes the four startups joining this new French Tech Tremplin cohort. Their selection reflects the quality of their projects, their entrepreneurial commitment, and their ambition to transform ideas into innovative, value-creating businesses.

  • FORGE TECH, Mohaled Dabladji: Forge Tech is a platform that allows anyone to easily buy and sell shares in startups. The idea is to make investing in startups accessible to as many people as possible, rather than just insiders.
  • WEPLANTE, Emmanuelle Mausy Pélissou: Sylvia, the AI for long-term greening, is designed to envision, implement, and sustain the green architecture of cities and businesses on a daily basis, serving the common good.
  • PYRHÉLIO, Pierre Vincent Prié: PYRHÉLIO develops modular concentrated solar units to produce and store high-temperature heat, deployable in close proximity to industrial sites. These units aim to decarbonize thermal processes and enable the creation of local micro-plants for waste recovery.
  • KITCHEF, Karin Aït-Si-Amer: KitChef is a social media-inspired cooking app. Its TikTok/Instagram-style interface reignites a love of cooking and good food among younger generations.

Program partners are proud to assist these companies in this new phase of their development and look forward to following their successes in the coming months.

Welcome to the new French Tech Tremplin 2026 cohort. We wish the participants all the best on their entrepreneurial journey!
